When I initially called it went to voicemail and his inbox was full, but he did return my call quickly and said I could text him. Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to notarize documents on a Sunday. On sunday I texted to confirm our appointment with no response. I called twice and texted three times with no response and had to make other arrangements. I would not recommend him based on this experience.

He was a little late to our meeting because he was so busy, but he was able to meet me on campus on a Sunday so that I could get my absentee ballot in on time for the midterms. Very efficient once he arrived. Would definitely recommend.
