Total $hit car wash! Paid $25 for a “premium wash.” My 7 year old could have washed my car better. Back was completely untouched, dirty, wheels were still dirty. My car was cleaner when it went in. Four of the vacuums I tried to use fell apart, after trying to put them back together unsuccessfully I had to move spots twice. The vacuums that didn’t fall apart barely auctioned anything. Several broken vacuums laying on the ground. A huge waste of money.

First class wash. It was simple to get on the roller mechanism that moves your vehicle thru the wash. Like the self vacuum service that has your exclusive use on both sides of your car. Dry wash rags very convenient but did not have the liquid spray bottles, this time, to use on floor mats. Dare not use the mat cleaner without believing they would do any good without the spray bottles that were previously abundant.

I had tons of questions prior to purchasing my membership and the employees at this location were very patient and walked me through every question very thoroughly. I can tell these employees truly care and that meant the world to me! On top of great employees, this car wash left my car squeaky clean! I will never go to another carwash again! THANK YOU ZIPS!

I am a member and live nearby so I used the car wash when it was Blue Iguana and now as Zip's. The quality since it has been Zip's has really gone down. Usually, there is at least part of the back of my car that never is touched with soap or water as I go through. Today, the entire backside of my car was dry...no soap or water even touched it. I had to come home and wash the entire backside of my car. I do not recommend using this car wash or the membership. I've tried to be patient and allow some time for them to adjust the machine and still, it is actually worse than ever. Tried calling to cancel my membership. It shows they are open, but the phone number sends you to a call center. The message states there are no representatives to help at this time and to call back later. Obviously, customer service is not top of mind.
