The staff here is phenomenal. I ordered two travelers cases for the staff at my kid's school in advance over the phone. They accommodated everything I needed and it was ready for pick up when I got there. They're friendly and fast.

Very frustrating to have one drink made of 3, watch her do another 2 orders, do the second drink, then do a couple orders, then finally do your third drink! Also sprayed water all over me with no apology just a look like it’s was my fault standing by pick up area after my name called for third time. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly n nice but the lady making them by pick up was the exact opposite

This location has been dropping the ball. Seems like every other day they don’t allow you to place mobile orders for pick up. When I asked as to why, they simply implied that it’s less orders they have to get to. So I’ve opted to go inside since then to place my orders because their drive through line tends to stretch out on to the busiest street ever, Lindbergh, causing more traffic. Now they have been simple closing the cafe when they feel fit, so you’re forced to sit in that monstrosity of a line or just leave. Which is a huge inconvenience with my morning commute. They changed hours as listed below which is fine. However when I show up to place a drive through order at 5:20am clearly passed their 5am opening. Mind you with staff inside the store, they refuse to take my order as well as the other 10 vehicles. When I simply went to the window to just check if and when they would open the employee just looked at me and said we’re closed rudely and turned her back on me, refusing to even open the window to specify why or when they’d open. Just left me sitting there and ignoring me hoping I’d go away. Very unprofessional, if you’re going to run a business then why allow employees to simple deter your paying customers, just cause they don’t feel like working. I’m done with this Starbucks and their horrible service, I’ll take my business else where.

Well, we've been waiting here for a good 25 minutes. There are 14 mobile orders waiting, cooling off, or ice melting, workers are super chill, Manager just took his phone and went to the bathroom. Guy 2 places behind us got his. Employees are flirting with each other and customers. I know the Fenton branch has things figured out.

Yes. And they're more than happy to grind it to your specifications. Just ask. They'll need to know whether you're using an espresso maker or a regular drip coffee maker. Whether you have a cone filter(?) or something else. They used to grind both decaf and caffeinated for me together so that I could make espresso for iced mocha lattes. Just be open and polite of course, as with anything, if you ask nicely, you'll likely get exactly what you need.
Food wise I love their cheese danish, but you need to eat it preety quick because they heat them up and if you wait too long they are not good. I have also gotten the cheese danish still the wrapper so you can eat it later. Hope this helps!
