I started piecing together an old Schwinn beach cruiser and was told Jax is reputable. The manager said they'd take a look and try to find a seat post and stem to replace the ones I had. The seat post was the wrong size, and the one I paid for was damaged by Jax staff. They refused to reimburse me for the seat post and refused to accept it as a return because they "would not be able to sell it to anyone else." Well, no kidding, so why are you forcing the sale to me? (I thought). In a nut shell, none of the parts they ordered fit, they forced me to pay for a part that was damaged by them and worse yet, is NOT compatible with the Schwinn. In addition to this circumstance, the stem they claimed was beyond their ability to replace. See the photos, decide for yourselves. There are likely better bicycle shops near by.

The new Service Manager was very conscientious during the inspection process for my bike. I bought it four (04) years ago and it was time for some major work. Vic, the Service Person was OUTSTANDING! He did a great job of walking me through the work order and his work was excellent! A 10+ day!!!!!

Just recently bought 2 brand new 2022 Trek Dual Sport 3 bikes from Jax in Huntington Beach, one for me and one for my son as an 18th birthday present. We could not be happier with the bikes if we tried, nor happier with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly advice we received from the Jax employees through the purchase decision and advice about accessories to make the biking experience safe and everything it should be. Thanks and props go to the store General Manager Dave, Sales Manager Michael, and Sales Advisor Joel - these guys are true pros and you can't go wrong with Jax. Dave runs an amazing store in downtown Huntington Beach and should be very proud of everyone who works for him.
