If i lost my the number to my pets micro chip that i got at guilford animal shelter, how could i find out my pets microchip number and is there a website affiliated with the microchip my pet recieved from guilford animal shelter?

There is a website affiliated with the micro chip, they should also have a scanner where u can scan the dog and information will come up about the animal and owner
