I was so impressed with the whole operation. Getting the quote ahead of time and knowing what it will cost to repair the two rims was very easy and straightforward. Claudia and the other lady were very friendly and helpful when I arrived with my car. She clarified what my request was for the work to be done. She then handed the order to the team and they began their work. Since the other 8am appointment cancelled, I was pulling out of the parking lot about an hour later. Claudia called my name and said my car was ready and explained why I needed to wait three days for everything to cure. She was smiling and made me feel good about choosing this place to fix my rims. I will be letting others know about this great team!!!

RGX is fantastic and saved what could’ve been a horrible weekend. I was traveling from Charlotte to VA beach when I hit a piece of metal on the highway that flattened my tire and bent my rim. Claudia at RGX was very helpful in finding and ordering a replacement rim that was significantly cheaper than what the dealership was charging. While I hope I never need them again, RGX has my business for any rim repair/replacement needs! I’m glad there’s one in Charlotte too! I made the drive to the Greensboro location from Roanoke, because I had heard how good RGX was, and they did not disappoint. The staff was courteous and answered all of my questions. I expected the process to take at least half a day, and they texted me within 2 hours telling me the work was complete. Upon inspecting, you couldn't tell where the rim rash was originally. Making the 2 hour drive to have them complete it in a timely manner was totally worth it in my opinion.

Yes, it was previously Kwicksilver and is now under new ownership. The Kwicksilver team was retained and are now RGX Rim Repair employees.
