It has been more than a year since we bought a Jacuzzi hot tub in their GSO store. We love it. Their customer service is superb - the best I have ever seen. Honestly, I would not buy a spa anywhere else.

Amazing experience with our hot tub purchase. I felt supported and informed every step of the way. The salesperson was great to work with - not pushy - and gave me lots of information about the model we were considering. Install went well and the guys were careful to place everything exactly as I wanted. After a day it seemed one of the jets was not working correctly and Rob (the owner) responded to my call immediately and sent someone over to check things out. We were given lots of attention and felt we were in good hands. I would not hesitate to work with Everything Billiards & Spas again.

Hello Alex, We do allow testing darts prior to purchase. We are following that state mandate to wear masks and have hand sanitizer available.
