Is this a kill shelter? If so, how long do the dogs have to get adopted before they are put on their final walk? My ex husband abandoned his older pitbulls when he left and I can no longer care for them.

We evaluate every animal to enter our shelter and do everything possible to ensure a live outcome for the animals at our facility. Sometimes humane euthanasia is the best option for an animal depending on health and behavior, but we strive to have positive outcomes for every animal that can have one. We have had some pets that have stayed with us over a year before finding their new homes!
