Cashmer, The sarcastic comments I just read to reply to your question are uncalled for. I've struggled for most of my life with addiction. It's worth a phone call to discuss options with desert hope. I detoxed here about a year ago with Medicaid. This is more of a mental health program. Most people I met had thoughts of hurting themselves or others. I was kinda like an outsider looking for help with addiction. They also didn't really have any helpful advice for what to do after the 4 days. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Westcare detox center is terrible, but the programs after are pretty good. If you are looking for a 90 day program there is a government grant that westcare gets called SAPTA. They ran out of money in may, but I believe the funding was re-establish in October. Make some phone calls
