Yes talk to your counselor they do the paperwork for you. We require that your paperwork signed by and MD.

I got mine from the dollar store but you can also get one at Wal-Mart too. They just cost a little more. You just need to make sure it's a box that either has a lock on it or one you can put a padlock on. If you can't lock your box then they won't give your take home. I hope this helps!

To meet the general criteria for admission to our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be: - Age 18 or older - In a current state of withdrawal, with at least 20 hours having passed since they last used opioids - Opioid-dependent for at least the past year Prospective patients may call or walk in to schedule an intake appointment. Upon arrival, you’ll spend approximately four hours working with our counseling team to develop a personalized treatment plan that can help you begin to understand your diagnosis and end your opioid use.

No. They recommend you to be 12-24 clean of drug use in which i am doing that now and it succckkkks ..cant sleep..got my appointment at 530am wednesday but the withdrawl feels may have me up all night

Just get courtesy dose paperwork filled out and sent to whichever specific clinic you need to dose at. There is usually a daily fee for dosing out of state even if you pay at home with Medicaid. Good luck

I'm not sure of the private insurance though. I know they take Medicaid, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Heath Plan of Nevada. I really hope this helps.
