In the years I was a happy client I would only have a counselor change every 6 months or year due to their extremely high turnover rate with nurses with 1 leaving every 1 to 3 months and there was only 2. The turnover rate after loosing the director then every 5 months to year they get a new director who wants to prove themselves and put new rules in place so you get the picture. After they promoted the one good counselor to director then to a regional oversight or something important for great reason she was amazing but it left this place is a wreck but in 2 years they may have changed but the years of history show otherwise. Doing great at my new clinic New Bedford, they charge less and even less if on Medicare but they don't bill them just a huge cash discount. Plus they are not very strict if you prove your sobriety.

Dr. Kaiser is really great. I recommend LVCBH to anyone and everyone that is serious about making positive changes in your life. The nurses and counselors are very good as well. Shout out to Mae!
