Why would you guys fly me down here and once I get here you tell me insurance doesn’t cover me and now it’s on me to find my own way home? That’s supposed to help my sobriety?

Same with a family member, flew him down there, asked for cash payment, had no way to return, and was under the influence the moment he was released.
