We can look up your personal property taxes usually, but yes we can accept your tax receipts from your phone. Also at the moment we usually don't have anyone stationed at the desk.
I am not sure. I know they've used their own computers to look up personal property tax receipts for me in the past, so I don't see how that'd be different. However, they might require them to be printed out now. You could try calling up there, or ask the lady at the front desk when you first walk in before waiting in line.
