0/5 stars. I only came here because the Blue Springs office was booked and my kid needed her kindergarten immunizations. Check-in at the front desk had over a 30 minutes, but that's not the reason for my zero star review. Let me start by saying that they aren't organized at all. I got judged and looked down on, by the nurse, because she didn't think my daughter's immunizations were up to date, when she had failed to look at my records, that she had available to her, from Blue Springs. She also wrote down the incorrect weight and the doctor had to weigh her again. Next, Dr. Lammert was judgemental and assuming. He didn't hear or ask that I'm married and my family lives together and assumed I'm a single mom. Next, instead of asking when my daughter was at the dentist last (she goes regularly), he assumed she hasn't been to the dentist. I only came for her shots, and the questions and judgmental disposition of Dr. Lammert, was appalling. I would never trust this doctor, alone, with my daughter. I'll never come back here or have my daughter be seen by a male doctor, ever again. Out of almost 6 years of pediatric visits, I've never gotten treated so terribly, as I had, in this office. And for the judgmental nurse and doctor: GET IT TOGETHER! LOOK AT THE FILES. ASK QUESTIONS WHEN YOU'RE NOT SURE, AND DON'T JUST ASSUME. TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY, EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM OR THEIR APPEARANCE! #dobetter #judgmental #unprofessional

Finally moving to a new office but should have long ago. Started out strong but after no call back on the emergency after hours line, and having to go to cvs minute clinic for treatment after being told my kids were fine, I knew we were done. Our last sick visit we were left waiting for over minutes past appointment time to be seen. Do not recommend.
