The teenagers and young children run the place... They damage your stuff and throw trash all in your yard. You can complain but there's nothing they can do... The parents are more worried about you telling their children to stop than making their children behave... It would be a great place to live if the parents would control their children... It's not a good place for the elderly to live cause they would have a heart attack with all the mess the kids put you through... The complex keeps it clean u til the kids throw down all their trash and mess it up again.

They get you to come in and fill Issue an application then waste your time telling you last minute your denied after waiting for so long not to mention attitude problem from the manager she doesn't smile or anything I wouldn't waste my time here they are to busy approving drug dealers and gang members

They knew I had housing a 2bedroom voucher to be exact but I didn't have my actual voucher with me. I explained that to delta. She said, it was okay, that I am able to afford a 2bedroom/2bathroom unit. We sat down I did the application, I gave my deposit and background check money the same day I filed out all paperwork. I then turned around and got her my voucher asap. I was later informed 4days prior to my move in date (10/1/2021) I would not be able to afford the apartment by housing. Housing payment standard for a 2bedroom is $1021, 2bedroom/2bath ranch style is $1060, obviously I couldn't afford the apartment/townhome. I just got section 8 a year ago. I was aware of payment standards but the apartments told me "every situation is different" its NOT. A payment standard is JUST THAT a payment standard,it's what section 8 will pay. And anyone that has worked with housing knows this. No one wanted to take responsibility, everyone acted as if they were oblivious to the situation. If they didn't want to accecpt Kansas City voucher just like the rest of Jackson county she could've said that. Some people are still in a pandemic. It was time wasted, not to mention you don't get the $25 background check fee back,I got my deposit back. They clearly played with me and wasted my time. Maybe under different circumstances they are decent.
