I love my Donovan home. I love the layout of my apartment, the wonderful amenities, but most of all the wonderful people who work here to keep our environment clean and safe. Their jobs are challenging but are usually net with smiles and friendliness. They often deal with issues that affect us all, but these are met with courage and firmness that rules are obeyed. Our resort-style, saltwater pool with lap lanes is open from 10AM-10PM, daily on a seasonal basis. Come on in, the water is fine.
We have an awesome fitness center available 24/7 for your convenience, so head on over for a workout whenever you want to.
Yes we do. Gas grills are located near the pool area. It's the perfect place to grill up some brats and burgers.
We are a pet-friendly community, allowing dogs and cats. Animals may not exceed a combined weight of 85 lbs per apartment home. Aggressive animals not allowed. Please see the pet policy on our website for further details — and we hope to see you and your furry friend at The Donovan soon!
The Donovan offers covered carport parking, as well as attached and detached garages for an additional monthly reservation fee. Ask your Leasing Professional how to reserve your spot today!
This varies from apartment to apartment. You usually can tell on the floor plan, but if you have a preference, just let us know and we can try and find what works best for you.
We have wonderful kitchens, designed to make meal planning, prep, serving, and clean-up easy. Apartments feature a stainless steel appliance package that includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove (electric), and microwave. The single compartment farm sink is equipped with a disposal for your convenience. Apartments also have a washer/dryer.
We don't have any internal furnished apartments, but we do work with companies to help supply this service. Contact our office for these details.
