Anywhere, but don't goto Lee's summit. That dmv is rude, and they have no idea what they're doing.
I believe any Missouri dmv can service you, granted you have your necessary paperwork. I have gone to a different city because I knew that I'd get better service when a new company won the dmv office contract in my local city.
