There are several lots in the area, I don't know which is the cheapest but downtown lots tend to range from 10 to 30 an hour depending on time of day and how long you stay etc.
Brian, i have no idea how much it is to park, or for that matter, where to park. I took the El & walked. Sorry i couldn't help.
