Monday-Friday from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. CT, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. If an event starts before 1 p.m., the Box Office will open one hour before the event start time. If an event starts after 7 p.m., the Box Office will remain open one hour after the event start time
