You can use a debit or credit card anytime but if you pay cash that would be in the morning unless they stop taking cash
The ranger takes debit cards.
The kiosk is not working
There is a kiosk next to the Overflow parking you should be able to pay with any type of credit or debit card if you have cash you would have to wait for the morning when the ranger gets there but I think they stop taking cash
