last visit we ate at a terrific mexican restaurant not to far from there. don't remember the name had 5 stars and was dine in Help???

Angela, yes we have a dumping station. It is $10 to dump. The office is open from 9am-5pm. If you need to use the dump station after hours we have instructions on the office door.
Are there long term rates? I’m looking for 6 months for a 32ft double pull out 5th wheel.

Its a nice park if you can get a spot. Looks like the owners have already answered the main part of your question. Also, we got excellent service each time we have stayed there.
~$600-700 per month. Depends on factors already mentioned. Usually includes basic cable and wifi. Typically limited to newer trailers, 10 years old or less.
