We absolutely love this RV park. When ever we are in town we stay here. Instead of being in a parking lot type setting it more like a park. Lots of grass and trees. Close to lots of great places like Hart park or Calm zoo.

The place is very beautiful, the only bad thing is the trees give very little shade, I would like there to be trees of another species that provide more shade

Horrible manager here with her drunk husband who likes to sit out drink and yell at the tenants all day..because of her more than 5 people I know moved out of this park. Not gated and homeless steal everything here!

Yes they do, big or small. All dogs are welcome but on a leash when outdoors of course. Really a nice dog friendly Travel trailor park with grass everywhere, and a nice large dog run.
Yes, $10, and make sure you pay first. Some places will charge you $30 if you dump before you pay!
Its $ 375.00 a month plus electricity. Water, WiFi, and cable TV are provided
