We are currently at $500 for back in spots and $600 for pull thru spots plus electricity. Deposit is at $350.
We are no longer doing nightly stays. We are exclusively an extended stay park.
Our gate system was done for an extended period but we are back up and running. If you still have trouble, please speak to our manager and they can provide you with a key card.
We typically have a 15 year cut off, but we do approve older units if they are in good condition.

Right now it's under new management and they changed the name however the spaces you back into$335 the ones you can drive thru $370 a month

Space 309 is for overnight guests. I am currently in space 309 and it is a clean space without any trash. RV Park is under new ownership and they have changed the name.
It's a nice place,I was there visting my friend and she was pleased staying there. So give them a call, I saw quite a few spaces, my friend has a 30ft travel trailer.
