Where are the trees??? 😆 Not awful but there is 0 shade or plants or landscaping. It's a hunk of cement with trailers next to train tracks and also a busy overpass close by. There is a pool though which can be nice, probably not bad for a completely temporary thing

I looked at this park and thought it was nice so i inquired.. Was informed about quite a few things before hand so i did it.. then i was asked for a deposit and the first months rent.. I then asked if it was possible to pay some of it on the first when i moved in because 18 days ago i had paid rent of 800 and it was a bit difficult to come up with all that so soon / the owner became somewhat rude and said that this throws up a red flag and refuse to rent to me.. Tell ya what throws up a red flag is in this day and age of hard times i wouldnt rent from someone that has no heart or charecter.. I was a manager for yrs and never Ever belittled someone in this terrible fashion.. Sad and glad

Nice place to live, clean and kept up nice, I visit my friend often that lives here and managers are nice and always let you know the rules etc., they have always been cool to me even though they know I'm just there visiting.
