We only stayed 4 days, very nice park well kept and clean
I believe there are different rates depending on it being a pull through, a river view or not. I know they have a pool, spa, clubhouse, and onsite store. It looks like it includes sewer and water, and trash. I also think that they have bathroom facilites on either side of the park too. Call for more information
