I think it is donations, you can always park a couple hundred feet away and walk there it is a public beach. And look up a local tide chart on Google.

It is an honor system and it is a donation. As far as the tides you can look it up on Google or if you happen to have a smartphone with a weather app it usually shows the high tides and low tides there also. As a last resort there's always television the weather usually shows the tides. I personally would go to Google.
