I normally use ShipCenter across Federal, but needed to get time sensitive legal docs from the County Office 3 doors down to family out of state - so came here. INSTANT REGRET! I opted for next day service, sent at 1:30PM on Thursday, which ran about $55.00. However, the next day when delivery deadline passed, my family called me reporting nothing was delivered. I tracked the package and it showed delivery will be Monday. I called the store. Standard complaint of "I paid for Next Day Service, but the package is not going to be delivered. Can we change to Saturday Delivery? Can you please refund accordingly?" The staffer who answered told me there was NOTHING they could do and to call UPS Store customer service. I hung up and did so. My phone rang while I was on hold. The caller was from the UPS Store. She tried to provide some type of help, but the call ended with "Let me call so and so to see what we can do". Phone rang back a while later and I was told there was nothing that can be done for delivery OR a refund. I candidly explained I did not get the service I paid for and will go to my CC company. Instead, I called the UPS Store customer service line. I spoke to two different people (yes, I totally called back after speaking to the first person b/c they sounded unsure about the information they told me). The second person I spoke to said it is 110% the responsibility of the store to issue the refund. All they had to do is put in what is called a "GSR". The main customer service line was unable to help me because the stores are franchises and have their own shipping account setup w/ UPS and any refund is credit TO their shipping account from UPS - WHICH IS THE ENTIRE REASON I CALLED THE STORE... Anyways, after convo w/ UPS themselves, I was told I was unable to make changes to the shipment because I am NOT the shipper - UPS STORE IS! In other words, UPS would have adjusted to Saturday Delivery IF someone from the store actually called them to help their customer! Instead, I was hard nosed, got no help and refund outright refused. GO TO SHIP STATION ACROSS THE STREET BEHIND DUNKIN / 7-11! They certainly operate in a more customer-centric fashion and will actually help their customers as well as stand behind the service(s) they offer!

That I don't know..not many drop boxes out there. If its an overnite...either way won't be touched till late tomorrow... Any Amazon HAVE to be taken to the UPS Store
