I've lived in Hobe Sound for many years, and I have shopped at the Dollar Tree for just as long, so I have seen the changes over the years. The current employees are especially nice, friendly, and good workers. Charles is a great person, and will go the extra mile should you need to find an item, and even save extra empty boxes, after he unloads stock. He's very nice, and great with all aspects of his job: warehouse, stock merchandise, cashiering, and customer assistance. Thank you Charles!

I went in to buy cleaning supplies. The cashier charged me TWICE. I went right back and showed them my receipt and bank statement. They said I could NOT get my card credited for the overcharges. The Acting manager was so RUDE to me absolutely no people skills and said I should call my bank. Unbelievable! I asked her to call her manager and she said I could pick out extra items. I didn't want that. Who doesn't correct their mistakes. Apparently they don't. I cannot believe how I was treated. Calling Corporate. Wow not even an apology for their mistake. HORRIBLE store and customer service. And basically stole money from me that I need to get back unbelievable.
