Hello! Great question. We are open all year long. Temporarily, we are open Wednesday-Sunday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, and we hope to fully open back to 7 days a week in the near future. The preserve will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We hope to have you join us on the Preserve this season!

As far as I know yes. Maybe not on the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas to limit traffic on the island due to it having alot of residential areas right next to it on the beach.
