As everyone knows inventory is VERY low and I was specifically looking for a SeaDoo Wake 170 and I called Jhonny Rivera. He told me he thought he had one but it may be missing some pieces because the factory did not have all the components when it was ready to ship. He said he would check and see and call me back. A couple hours later he called me and confirmed that they had the Ski and that they were looking for the parts. He stayed in touch with me the whole day and at the end of the day he said they found all the components to build the ski complete. the next day was Saturday and I drove up and took a look and paid for the Ski. I asked if there was any chance for it to be delivered same day and he told me that they do not really make delivers on Saturday but he would try. Guess what, I got a phone call about 2 PM from the driver saying he was headed my way. NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jhonny cared about getting me what I wanted and when I want it and everyone at the dealer ship was on top of their game !!!!
