Switch to a different company!
After 3 weeks, I have learned that there is no one else to talk to. There is no one that can help you. There are no real customer service reps. I wonder what they are really getting paid to do. I have only lost money and time on the phone with them...2 hours, once, 1.5m hrs another time, 45 min another and on and on. Don't waist your time on the chat, the results are the same. They told me 5 different times they could help and then they say much later they can't and then say they will transfer you to some one who can. And then you hear music and then the phone hangs up. This happened to me 4 times TODAY! The end result is always the same, you are on hold and the phone hangs up.
