Terrible phone customer service. I call to ask questions, the receptionist answers and whispers what mightve been a greeting. When I tell her what I need to get done she rapidly replies something about tomorrow, I didn't understand and mind you I called at 2pm they were still open. When I say I didn't hear her she hangs up halfway through what I said. I call back, no answer. I call back several more times and I'm sure at a certain point she was ignoring my call. That was very rude and unprofessional, no wonder there's a 3 star overall rating.

It is the place that takes the longest of all, a simple drug test takes more than two hours. Very bad attention in this place, when I arrived there were only 3 people in the queue and it took me more than two hours.

2 hour waiting period just to get into the building only to find there are two more waiting lines inside. Some of us have been up since 2:30 in the morning. Terrible
