Call just to ask if I can have my RV propane tanks full instead of just saying yes or no He put me a hold for 25 minutes I call that terrible customer service I don’t wanna drive all the way over there in an RV and they tell me they can’t fill my tanks

The staff is friendly but there were issues from beginning to end- the manager made them right but lots of patience required for this location.

Unfortunately, I had to give them a star but these workers are probably miserable at home so they take it out on customers here. They made us go through hell for a less than 24 hour rental, made us go buy a broom because there was dust in the back, made us put $2 more of gas because the indicator was in the 1/4 line and a little outside. No one told us all these specifications from the beginning, we would have been more prepared for hell dropping it off. So if you are thinking of going to this location.. PLEASE THINK TWICE. We have dealt with other locations, so please go somewhere else and save yourself time/effort/money.
