I went into the shop today looking for a belt for my mother's clothes dryer. They do not carry parts but Maria, who was working there, gave us a referral to a parts place down the street and even offered to have her husband get on the phone and help us if we ran into trouble replacing the belt. Such great customer service! And what a nice person! Also my husband bought a used appliance from there last year and he was very satisfied.
