Arctic Industries- Walk In Coolers and Freezers

I had ordered parts for an Arctic Walk In freezer door. I ordered the wrong size gasket. I contacted them and talked to Caesar and he took care of the return and sending a new gasket promptly. Unfortunately, there was a problem again, but when I called them back, Jarrod Griffin in tech and sale support took my call and very quickly took care of it for me. This is an old box, but still in great shape. Now a days with all of the problems of getting parts and equipment, they were great to work with. I will contact them the next time I need to purchase a new walk-in.
