This phone company is a sham. I paid for two months worth of unlimited talk and text, and they refuse to apply it to my account. They are only allowing the pay-per-minute plan after already paying for a newer phone and the service. Stay away at all costs!

As a customer, this service has been a rip off. I am constantly getting messages my texts have reached zero when I know damn well I have not hit 500 texts and am nowhere near it. Called customer service and no help there. It's apparent it's a scam to get you to keep adding and paying for more minutes.

Tracfone wireless is a scam. Their international service representatives ask for your email when you call customer service for assistance and set up fake accounts with someone else's phone number so when you purchase add-ons or other services, you don't benefit from them, so i assume someone else does. This is very dishonest behavior and it’s sad to see someone stoop to such a low level. I merely purchased a sim kit and a $20 airtime card for a second line, but it’s not even worth it. I refuse to support a company whose employees take advantage of innocent people!!!!!!!!
