Hi Owen, as of now July 2019 you are allowed to park for free in the 45 S French Broad lot off S Anne. There is no permit. This may be changing in the next couple of months so please check signs or our website for updates. Street parking on 45 South French Broad is free for 2 hours until 6PM and free after that. Sundays All Day. The United Way lot is PERMIT ONLY weekdays until 5pm. It is a Pay Lot after 5PM weekdays and all weekend.
