This is a small airport and the cars are located across the street from the terminal in the lower level of the garage. It’s counter service so if you’re used to a bigger airport, don’t forget you must stop by the counter just like the old days. The two guys working the counter seemed nice enough but were far more interested in their recent fast food purchase (late lunch or early dinner). They were unsure which parking spot the vehicle was in but said I couldn’t miss it and to use the panic button on the fob to locate the vehicle. It was a new Dodge SUV, only 6 miles. That’s about where the good part ends. This vehicle was not enjoyable to drive, at all. It did not handle well, turn well, accelerate or brake well - it did have a comfortable ride. And it got horrible gas mileage - under 15mpg. The advertisement was for a Chevy Tahoe or comparable - this was not even close. When returning the vehicle there was no one at the counter so after waiting for about 10 minutes I dropped the fob and the contract off and walked away. Again, it’s a small airport and I realize some of these places are still trying to ramp up from the pandemic so I do take that into consideration.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Vehicles smell like cigarettes and run like they are running low on oil. Called me to return a car with zero warning or reason to then NOT have a car to replace it with. One lady told me that I didn’t understand what it was like to be pregnant as I told her I needed to get my car seat out of the car…based on my tattoos and body shape I’m assuming. The same lady was then struggling to breathe as she coughed through the lobby without a mask on. Just rude and lacking any type of integrity. No thanks.

Rented a vehicle for one day. Overcharged me three separate times. And had to specifically go over the bill three separate times to get three separate refunds. Only have my bill charged again two days later for another $20. Congratulations you just demonstrated why I should never use your company and always use Enterprise. I hope the money was worth it you've lost me as a customer for the rest of my life. I know it's not much but it's all I got. USE ENTERPRISE IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. THIS PLACE WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

Great, attentive and professional care. I usually get the car in <10 minutes here, which is fantastic. Also, the price of rental cars has gone way up, and I was complaining to the front desk person, and he gave me a large upgrade to a really nice car. It definitely softened the blow, and was a blast to drive! Many Thanks!
