Great staff, equipment does the job and it checks all the gym boxes. Only thing is if your a Golds Gym member and your used to a dry sauna you're S.O.L. and this gym in particular is a little dated. Otherwise a good gym.

Very friendly staff. Monica in particular at the front desk is kind, conversational, and bright. They often greet me by name as I enter the building, I feel welcome and appreciated. Staff can often be seen cleaning equipment or answering questions. The gym is big enough that it never feels crowded even at peak hours. They have basically every machine I could think of, plus many I’ve never heard of. Their personal training is accessible yet challenging, though I did not continue with it as it was outside of my budget. I’ve been coming 5 days a week for the past 3 months, and have no complaints.
