The only reason we are sticking around is honestly Dr Gronli. He has been amazing. But the rest of the office is just something else. Starting with their very interesting phone system. Like when I check online and it says that this location is open but the phone goes to the answering service. Then the hold times. If you call at 9, the soonest they can get you in is noon. Then you have to wait for over an hour for your doctor. And the nurse telling me "the doctor will be here eventually" just says a lot. God forbid we are late or don't cancel on time (because we are not allowed to have emergency situations apparently), then we have to pay up. And how about respecting the parents time?

No idea whats going on with their phone system. I have tried multiple times on different days to get ahold of somone, theres no way to leave a message after pressing "1" to leave a message, & being on hold for 30 + min is ridiculous & you still dont get through.

The truth is I am already very disappointed in this pediatrician, on paper they write you down one hour of the appointment and in the system another, in my last 2 appointments that were only a physical, I spent 2 hours waiting in the room ... and the studies they did already have. More than 3 days without giving the result that because their system does not work .. they have not worked for weeks, I hope they had someone to answer the calls at lunchtime since many of us called at that time since we work and it is the only time that we can call anyway..😏 they have stopped giving the good service before 😏😏

Our phones turn on at 8:15am in the morning. And are answered during our open hours.
They are not. Medical personnel and patients/families are still required to mask.
