Second time here for a colonoscopy and had the worst experience ever. Only the anesthesiologist was pleasant. Was practically kicked out after being woken from anesthesia in less than five minutes. Love my primary who is associated with this hospital, but would warn others from this department. Never again.

I had a very bad experience with the sleep clinic here... But before that, the front desk worker at night is very rude.. She yelled at me for having "the wrong kind of mask on" and forced me to remove mine and put on a surgical mask, even though mine was a KF94, and far more protective than a surgical mask. She continued to shout and argue with me until I walked away. Then, the clinician at the sleep clinic was also rude. He demanded to know why I was "late", even though I got lost inside the building and had to have a security guard help me.. he also dismissed me when I explained that I have an anxiety disorder, and started shouting, "why didn't your doctor give you a prescription for a sleeping pill?" I ended up leaving the sleep clinic and not even following through with the overnight study. Bad experience, and would not recommend coming here.

Do not bring any of your family members to this hospital. All the nurses are rude except for the very few who are actually nice and helpful. Otherwise I don't approve of the practice that they use. They give horrible attitudes they don't give you all the information you need. We had our mother in there and they couldn't even tell us where she went. Even though I was a proxy. They lie and they don't treat their patients with care. Never going back.

We came to Mt. Auburn to deliver our baby. The highlight of the experience was the staff. With few exceptions, every one of the 20+ doctors, midwives, RNs, and other providers we've worked with was phenomenal — genuinely caring, patient (not once did we feel like a provider was rushing away from the bedside), happy to thoroughly answer all of our questions. From the staff, we learned everything we needed to feel confident going home, from swaddling to diapering to breastfeeding. Unfortunately, our baby needed to do an extra stint at the Level 2 NICU; we felt confident that even when we left the hospital, he was being carefully watched over and cared for. A few providers in the NICU went above and beyond the call of duty; one of them even bought our little guy a shirt! The delivery and postpartum facilities were also great. They had a big room available for the birth with lots of options for helping with labor (birthing stools, a tub, etc.) For postpartum, we got our own room with an attached bathroom and plenty of light. Our biggest complaint about the whole experience was the physical setup of the Level 2 NICU. Again, we had a private room with beautiful views, which we definitely appreciated. However, there was only 1 armchair and 1 folding chair allowed in each room, which meant that neither of us could really sleep and recover while visiting, and (as the person in the folding chair) my back was in agony at the end of the day. The closest bathroom is also a 3 or 4 minute walk down a long hallway, which was very uncomfortable for my wife, and we believe delayed her recovery. We recognize that some of this is mandated by the Dept. of Health, but the uncomfortable layout definitely made an already-hard experience a lot harder. Overall, we would highly recommend Mt. Auburn as a place to deliver.

I would recommend checking with your insurance company to see which Mount Auburn doctors they are contracted with. If you're looking for primary care, I can highly recommend the Primary Care Center at Mount Auburn or Belmont Medical Associates. Reservoir Medical is also wonderful in addition to Family Practice Group at Arlington. Lots of wonderful choices at Mount Auburn.
Go to Cambridge city hall for your birth certificate if you were born at Mt Auburn Hosp. It is in Central square cambridge.
Call them, I'm not on the staff.
Yes. The Charles Hotel in Harvard Square. There is another hotel in Harvard Square but I don't know the name.
Need blood work and see my urologist please make a appointment
