Disneyland for Adults — after successfully developing more than 10 Cresswind communities, the team here really has the building process, event programming, and customer experience refined. Stopped by the pickle ball courts, which were packed on a Saturday, saw the clubhouse, and the design center. If you’re looking for a truly customized retirement home in an active community it’s definitely worth a visit.

Very disappointed w our experience! It was close to their closing time and they were very busy. The woman at the front asked us to fill out a form, gave us a packet to take notes of what we saw in each model, and sent us on our way to the model center. After taking time to walk through, view each model, taking notes etc.. we asked what the next step would be if we were interested. It was then when they told us they have a wait list of 1-2 years and the prices of the homes were fluid. BUT, we could give them our name and a check for 5k to get a phone call back once they were ready! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. Why would we be shopping for a house we can’t even discuss the possibility of for two years and give them a check for 5k to boot! When we said they should have mentioned that to us sooner they acted as if it was no big deal as if our time was not important! So unprofessional! At this point I would not buy from them if they had a house ready tomorrow!

Some honest observations from an outside observer who hopes to be a future resident. Pros: 1)The location seems ideal 2) Staff in Welcome center are pleasant and helpful 3) The models are beautiful and offer a great deal of variety and it's easy to find the perfect plan to fit your needs 4) The community center and pool, extracurricular activities, hiking trail, and lake sound wonderful 5) Base prices seem very reasonable 6) Lots of included benefits with HOA fees which also seem reasonably priced Cons: 1) You have to ask before they tell you that the TINY lots are an extra $70,000 + 2) The extras seem to be a tad overpriced to our taste 3) The community center / pool, extracurricular activities, hiking trail, and lake sound wonderful but with the community being in the beginning stages it takes a leap of faith as to the final outcome of those things. Three sets of our friends have joined us in reserving spots and all in all, we are excited at the prospect of possibly joining them in this well-planned community.
