This McAlister's Deli location at Asheville Mall in Asheville is a great place to go for delicious food of all kinds. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Had a great lunch today. It came out in a timely manner and our cashier Kira was great! Please give her a raise! The food was amazing and was a great portion!

Ordered Spud max potato primarily for the Apple bacon. Arrived home, no bacon!! The manager plans to adjust the next order. It would have been more customer service oriented to say “ your next potato is on us for this inconvenience “ Check your order before leaving. Also, the sandwich I purchased was great !

Good sandwich. Clean. Big menu. Easy parking. Convenient location. Friendly and professional staff. HOWEVER, the potato soup was so thin it was almost transparent. More and more restaurants are now watering down their soups, sauces and gravy. Sad.
