Left Uhaul & Smart Storage for this BEST VALUE & PRICE location closer to me. Customer service was great bc the clerk helped me get my unit an hour before closing & at a better rate I could find anywhere ( I paid less for one 12x12 drive up unit than for 2-5X5's) Customer Service: GREAT LOCATION: GREAT UNIT: GREAT VALUE & a needed drive up. just moved in 4/20 & will update with a more thorough review in a few months.

I found my storage unit at this location basically by accident. I needed to find storage for the few things I and my son own while moving. And I’ve never been so thankful and glad that I did! David at the storage facility is awesome, he is friendly, kind, and caring. He even made my son a cup of hot chocolate one evening. It was raining and cold so it was super sweet of him. And he listened to my son’s stories (and as an eight year old, there were a few lol). It’s those little things and also the fact that Anything I’ve needed he’s made it happen. and I for one could not be happier with my storage unit and David. Thank you David 👍😊

Yes you can! They will give you the info you need when you sign up. Then pay your monthly rent online.
Amy, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have RV storage at our Burton St store. We do however have a 30 Ft parking spaces available at our Asheville, Mills Gap location. Feel free to reserve the space online or just give us a call at 828-684-6111.
Unfortunately, We do not. Fire Dept has real issues with providing power to spaces that could be left unattended for long periods of time. Please let us know if we can help in any other way.
The late fee is added on the 6th day past due. You have a five day grace period from your due date to make a full payment. After that a 15% or $15 late fee is assessed.
