One of the worst places I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, little to no customer service and fraudulent claims. Went to rent a uhaul this morning for a time sensitive job had everything reserved online and when I get there they tell me I owe them $150 for an overdue balance when I have statements in my bank that show otherwise, unprofessional and terrible business.

Don't bother. It took weeks for us to get the hitch installed since they didn't get their shipment and then they made us wait at a follow-up appt. On top of that, they broke an unrelated part that holds up the hatch of our car when installing a hitch. They didn't even tell us how/why it broke and made us run around and try to find the part (unsuccessfully). They are reimbursing us for the repair but it never should have happened in the first place. Complete disappointment.

The absolute worst customer service experience in my 52 years of life. Honestly have no idea how this place stays in business. Beware, you have been warned. Horrible is the single word I would use to describe my experience and this is probably the only low score I've ever posted, I only wish they had zero stars because they don't deserve any.

Wished I could give a zero to this company I'm the owner of haywood taxi and Waynesville Area News Group my driver took a customer down to pick up a uhaul truck today my taxi car had a flat driver changed it and proceeded to go on to this co once he arrived with customer the ppl inside told him he couldn't use the restroom because he was homeless which is not true he owns a 60 000 dollar home and land a 2017 dodge journey but sense when do you let your business employees decide whose homeless or not plus I'm going to write a story on my home page about this incident and I will be letting all my taxis kno what this place is all about and needless to say the customer also was refused her uhaul because she came in taxi

We rented a 15 foot van to move a one bedroom apartment!! The van rental was $29.95, for a 24 hour period!! We were moving 75 miles, so round trip was about 150 miles at $.99 a mile!! I hope this helps you out!!
Do not go there. They tightened my cylinder so tight I could not undo it. I took it back and they were extremely uncooperative, They said they only fill and tighten cylinders, they do not undo them.
Go to Uhaul.com and follow prompts for pick up date location and destination. It will show trucks vans trailers and cost. All Uhaul rentals are good for 5 days. I used them in early Dec. to move from southeast Texas to Asheville NC and it was easy and convenient. I did it all online.
They tried to do it for me, but broke my car and it was two weeks before i got it back from the dealer. This was Dec 2017. I wouldn't trust them. They scratched my new truck also. They don't fix scratches and they may pay for it but you have to do all the running around.
For the past ten years they have never once shown good customer service
They wouldn't be able give a estimate
