For the past ten years they have never once shown good customer service
They have horrible customer service. I will never use uhaul again
Because all calls are routed through a call center none of the U-Haul locations it seems actually answer the phone the only way I was able to get through to him was in an emergency situation one time and got connected.
They have proven repeatedly that they don't care about customer service.
