Brie Helped me out at the 127 Sweeten Creek RD and she was amazing!! She listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for even though her location didn’t have what I needed she found the right unit for me and even got it reserved for me. I am in the process of moving to the Asheville area and this storage unit was essential to that move and I am very grateful that she found me the best sized unit for the best price and She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable which to me is very important when in customer service is involved. I feel like a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders because of Brie’s help. 10/10

I was in need of a storage unit. I stopped by this location and was immediately greeted with a smile and amazing service from a very nice sales representative named Brie. She showed me the unit and answered all my questions. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with how clean the store and unit was. I definitely will be using them for all of my storage needs and highly recommend this company for anyone else in need of storage.

Rare Ale

Units are not climate controlled however you will be paying the same rent as if it were. Tons of dust and dead stinkbugs. I mean it's a full layer of dirt over everything inside the unit with lots of stinkbugs. So disgusting. Getting into the business is not fun if you have a big truck, hopefully the driver is experienced.
