We came here around 19:30 and signed up for the waiting list. It took us almost 2 hours to be sitted (they said it would). It was definitely worth the wait. The food was awesome! Wish we could order more, because their menu has so many interesting options. We all took some oysters to share and then two dishes for each (everyone took one of the rolls on the menu). Everything we had was spot on!

The food was excellent and the place was packed on a Monday early evening. The wait was an hour but we opted to stand and got in right away, otherwise it would have been over an hour wait. The food was good and I honestly didn't realize there were so many species of oysters. The crab roll, lobster roll, oysters and fish sandwich was amazing, definitely a must try and stop by if you're in Portland, ME.

Dinner, drinks and service were phenomenal!!! Having Celiac's is not a problem, they have gluten free lobster rolls and were well versed in suggesting alternatives for their dishes!! Made things so easy!!! Would definitely recommend even if you're in Portland, ME for one night - go here! We also met Eventide's phenomenal photographer during a little golden hour shoot! A meta moment of a photographer capturing a photographer, capturing the delicious entrees.

Husband and I were restaurant hopping in Portland and this was our first stop. We sat at the bar, got a couple of drinks, half a dozen of oysters, and the most delicious fried oyster roll. The pickled veggies on the oyster roll was fantastic and the bread was super soft and just perfect. Wish we had room for more food, but we had other places to explore. 11/10 highly recommend.

1.5 hour wait when I went at opening. People in front of us got there an hour before opening
Their menu did seem mostly gluten free friendly. Though I did not recall if the server asked about allergies, cross contamination, etc.

Yes Nicole, they do, on both counts. The waiting lines are long, just so you know. Enjoy!
Take a drive to Damerscata and go to Gliden Oyster Farm. Worth the drive for the best of the freshest. Very sweet without the salty taste. If you want more, Schooner Landing. I think Eventide is a lot of talk of the best for the cruise ships and not locals.

No they do not, unfortunately. They have small plates, no real entrees.
