While I was there someone was exchanging equipment, but I would call customer service or ask online tech support before just showing up at the store.
If you do go, be sure to wear a mask and bring your Driver's license. Get a receipt for the exchange as well. They have appointments that you can make on their website. I recommend doing that otherwise you may have a long wait.
