Beware and stay away!!!!!!!!! I used Beacon as a management company to help rent out a home that I owned. It was the worst experience I had ever had! So much that I sold my property. Beacon had no communication with me as an owner on what was going on with my tenant and my property. I constantly had to call and follow up on issues. Beacon neglected to inform me of issues for the tenant and caused damage to my property as a result. The "property manager" who was given my account to over see was a revolving door of people who changed constantly therefore having a new person in training which did not help any. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Omg, I have never Ever Ever had a rental experience this horrible. At this point I don’t know who is in control the property management company or the owner. Both get a negative one. I will not say don’t rent from them, because of the economy. It’s hard to find a place. But whatever you do keep record of every payment, phone call, letter, maintenance request. If you are able to record your phone calls do it. If you are okay with stress they are the best. If not, reconsider please. May God Bless whoever needs a home at this time, I pray that they are not lead to these people, I pray that you take any application that is placed before they are accepted from Beaconman and give them a better chance to a good living environment. If with this company is who you want to rent to them, pour your blood over them so they will do right by the renter. Lord bring peace and consistency over this company so they can be better and do better. May your work be done, so we can better serve you. Amen. P.s. like finding Nemo…. If you are looking for a place….. Just keep swimming.. Please please please don’t give up here. Keep looking guys.

No
Beacon property will take your money. Then put you in a mouse infested half a double. Ladies in the office are very rude
They actually took over and bought our property from our previous landlord. Then raised our rent $125 without updating any of the units..so...up to u...wouldnt recommend
A lot are near children's hospital. The web site list all properties for rent. Take your time. Do your homework.
Definitely should’ve read the reviews before I was persuaded by a friend who works for the company to rent from them. Biggest crooks ever.
To Chuck: They do not rent to anyone with a felony within the past 10 years. Keep your eye out for independent landlords on craigslist + Google "sex offender map" and check out where other offenders are staying. To people saying they "hope not": Homeless offenders are very difficult to keep track of and statistically more likely to commit other crimes/reoffend. Would you rather have no idea that there's an offender sleeping/loitering on the streets in your neighborhood or actually know where they are and be able to make an informed decision on where you'd like to live in relation to them?
I'm sad to say I wouldn't do it I'm not going to speak badly I just can't suggest them. Sorry
I don't know if they do
Yes but the property management itself is quiet crappy never fix anything
I think some of them might be section 8. They have listings on the website.
Yes there is a application fee and you have to do first and last months rent up front
